  • Booking: a 50% non-refundable retainer holds your date, with the balance due on the day of the session or show.

  • Rescheduling: free with 48 hours' notice; one weather or illness reschedule is always free.

  • Delivery: portraits and couples within 10-14 days; concert delivery as listed above.

  • Travel: included within 25 miles; $0.70 per mile beyond that, plus lodging for overnight bookings.

  • Usage rights: clients receive a personal print and social media release; commercial use is quoted separately.

  • Photo passes: for concerts, the artist or venue is responsible for securing access; fees for credentials are separate.
